The condo is beautiful and within walking distance to the main strip.
View from roof top pool is amazing. My friends and I spent tons of
time up there. Stereo system in condo was also very good. I would
definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo, super clean, nice apartment complex, friendly neighbors
and within walking distance to the beach and downtown Malecon ( .5
miles). The owner is an awesome guy who lives near by so he can help
with where to go and what to do. Condo is on its own level so you
can be loud or just enjoy the silence. I came down with a group of
college spring breakers and the condo worked out perfect for us, close
to downtown where all the clubs and festivities go own while also
being far enough away to get away from the city if you need it. Property
gets an A+ in my book for all ages.

great condo to rent
Left on 01/23/2011 for a stay in January 2011
My wife and I stayed in the condo from January 8th to the 15th with
our two young children. The unit was large and very clean when we
checked in. The neighborhood is fun and vibrant with close access
to stores, fish/produce market. I had no regrets with the accomodations
and location. The pool on the roof was not busy and the views were
fanatstic. The entire complex was kept very neat and tidy.

Wow! Would go back in a second!

Loved, loved, loved it! The condo was beautiful, the pool was fabulous
(what a view) and the neighbourhood was quaint and close to everything.
We walked to the Malecon every day (beach). There are dozens of restaurants
(really good ones) within 10 minutes walking distance and loved to
sit at one of the patios in the evening and people watch.
The accommodations were great and we ended up cooking dinner once
while we were there because everything in the kitchen was so modern
and up to date, it was easier. Stores and markets were right around
the corner and the patio was heaven.

Having stayed in Puerto Vallarta many times, it was nice to stay
in a less congested part of this fun city.
Although only blocks from the beach, grocery stores it still has a
quiet negborhood feel to it, perched on a hill with a fantastic view
of the bay and the jungle behind.
The condo is huge, with 3 bedrooms all with private modern marbled
bathrooms. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi as well, and a seperate
entrance to the very large terrace-patio. The owner, Colin has taken
special steps to make the unit inviting with very upscale, modern
design elements that blend throughout this spacious home. The kitchen,
laungry room and bathrooms are all stocked with the essentials for
a perfect get away. I reccommend that one just stop at the market
on the way to this home, so the relaxing can begin from the time you
arrive.
On the roof is a large patio furnished with nice deck chairs, loungers,
large Barbeque pit and large dining table for alfresco dinner parties.
The pool is a new infinity pool that is well maintained and the perfect
temperature year round. It is great for laps as well as sitting and
enjoyong the great views of this fun city..open day and night! A great
value for your money. We had a great time. Thanks Colin!

The condo is exactly as the photos show, if not better. It is spacious
and well-maintained with all the comforts of home. There is a large
flat screen TV, but who wants to watch the news when there is the
skyline to sit in awe of?
Both the ocean and the mountains are "right there" from
the great balcony where we would sit and enjoy an adult beverage before
getting ready to go out for dinner. We ate out almost every night
and had great food each time. There is a awesome market a few blocks
away for fresh produce and seafood. Very interesting to shop at.
The rooftop infinity pool area has a spectacular view of the neighborhood
as well as the ocean and mountains alike. The area is very well maintained
and secure. There was ample room for sunbathers as well as a shaded
area for those who need to get out of the sun for awhile.
The owner is great, he was prompt at replying to both emails as well
as phone calls and was there to meet us upon arrival. He was able
to recommend a variety of restaurants and attractions to suit our
needs.
We will definitely return to this condo next year, but for a longer
period of time.

Great area and excellent value!

After many hotel stays in Vallarta, we decided to stay in a more private
setting a bit farther away from the tourist zone. We afterall were
tourists, but just wanted something a bit more private. It was a good
decision! We were still just a few blocks from the beach when we wanted
to be there. But this beautiful condo in a quiet neigborhood was just
we were looking for. We did not expect it to be so large for just
the few of us, as it would comfortably accommodate 6 people. Nicely
decorated with fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms with private
marble and glass bathrooms, made for a very impressive first impression.
The purified water system installed was also a nice touch rather than
hotel style "pay as you drink" bottles left every day on
a countertop! Although there are some great restaurants in all directions
in P.V. we found ourselves dining in more. The nicely planned out
kitchen, dining and large balcony area was perfect for breakfast and
snacks. But the roof top infinity pool and barbeque area was great.
Fantastic vistas of the city and bay, while dining by the pool made
for some wonderful evenings. The owner, Colin gave us a very warm
welcome, showed us around and gave a wealth of information as to where
grocery stores and other shopping was, all very close to "home."
It certainly was our most memorable visit to this fun city and wish
only that we could have stayed longer! We will be back. Thank you
Colin!

The condo was on a hill which was a surprise, but we found that
we only really walked down the hill anyway. We ended up taking a taxi
back to the condo typically because we had our small children with
us. Taxis downtown are very cheap. Loved having the extra rooms in
the condo for the kids. We considered a resort, but I can't imagine
sharing a one bedroom hotel and what that would have meant for naps.
The rooftop pool and patio were great. Loved that there was an elevator
to it. We bar-b-qued up there which was awesome. Kids in the pool
and lunch overlooking the city. Having a kitchen over looking the
living room was awesome. The kids watched the HD dvd cds we brought
from home and we enjoyed a few home cooked meals. The area around
the condo is pretty typical Mexico, not the sterile resort style vacations
we Americans are used to, so keep that in mind if you like the later.
The local restaurants were amazingly delicious and inexpensive. We
loved our visit and hope to visit again soon.

Just got back from staying at this condo. Had a great time in PV
and loved the condo. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, clean,
and very comfortable. There was only 4 of us but you could definitely
accomadate 6 with no problems. The owner is a great guy and easy to
deal with! The condo is a short walk (uphill on the way back) to the
beach, supermarket, and many restaurants. There are also fish and fruit
markets nearby. Buses and cabs to downtown for 55 cents (bus) or $4
(cab). The rooftop pool is really nice and always had plenty of lounge
chairs for us to use. Most of the people who live in the building
are permanent residents (there are only 16 units) and very nice! Had
a great time. If we return to PV we will rent here again!
