The units are located just north of the malecón, and close to all the stores, restaurants, etc * The condo is modern, very new and located in the area know as 5 de diciembre (5th of December) and you are in an area where the locals live.

Bedding, towels, and linens are cleaned before and after arrival or for an extra fee cleaning and/or cooking can be arranged daily.

Units are very secure, and only accessible behind locked gates.

There are many small stores within a few blocks for groceries, liquor, etc, as well as internet cafes within a couple of blocks. There is also the main fish market just three blocks aways as well as a fresh fruit market

The beach, restaurants, and main road is just 5 blocks away.

Electrical: same as the US and Canada (120v).

Exchange Rates: the best rate of exchange is from the bank machines, however they do charge a service fee each time (around $3), so it is best to withdraw a larger amount of money each time, rather than smaller amounts.
